Accessibility - We are wheelchair accessible, with step-free access via Carnegies Brae.
An accessible toilet is located on the same floor. Our staff are happy to assist wherever possible. Please contact us directly via the contact section if you need to reserve wheelchair space.

 

ID Requirements - We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for ID. We accept passports or driving licenses. For live gigs, these are sometimes open to those over 14. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Other events and late night shows are 18+ but please check individual events to confirm.

Strobe Lighting - We often have strobe / flashing lighting as part of our shows. If you are attending

a show and have any concerns please feel free to get in touch in advance.
