OUR STORY
Tunnels has been part of Aberdeen’s live music culture for over two decades. Built beneath the city streets, the venue has grown from an underground club space into one of the North East’s most respected grassroots venues.
From early local shows to national tours and late-night club events, Tunnels has always been about giving artists a room where music comes first — loud, close, and shared.
Over the years, the venue has hosted thousands of shows across rock, alternative, metal, indie, electronic, hip-hop and beyond, helping shape Aberdeen’s reputation as a city with a strong and committed live music audience.
GIGS
Tunnels is first & foremost a live venue.

CREATIVE SPACE
Beyond gigs and club nights, Tunnels is also available as a flexible creative space. The venue can be hired for rehearsals, showcases, private events, filming, photography and other creative projects that benefit from a controlled, atmospheric environment. With professional sound, lighting and an experienced in-house team, Tunnels offers a space that can be adapted to suit a wide range of ideas, from stripped-back setups to fully produced events.
